The Black Order attacking had been one thing. The Black Order's zealots containing another Servant Ritsuka knew among their ranks had been another entirely. Which had led to some... occasionally heated conversation with Yasuho before coming to the agreement that they could pack Ritsuka's stuff and then decide what to do once both had had a proper night's sleep.
Which led to now, where Ritsuka was putting a few last things away that had been in Yasuho's tiny house rather than the teapot, and that persistent knocking on the window finally getting her attention.
"....."
One advantage to the tiny house was that the door was pretty much right next to the lower-level window, so it took only a moment for Ritsuka to stick her head outside to see what the heck this was about now.
Hey there. Looking up at Ritsuka from outside that teeny tiny window is, as previously stated, a little blue squirrel with grey edges to its fur. For memory's sake, it's coloured like a certain wolf that'd chased her with cling-clangy boots not some weeks ago, and despite the fact that it's a squirrel
...it is undeniably smiling up at her as it waves one of its tiny paws, successfully having gotten her attention. He drops the Acorn.
"Toooook ya long enough." There it is. That car-salesman-ass voice coming out of the squirrel. "Here I was getting exhausted with the knocking..."
The way Ritsuka hardly even blinked as that voice finally matched up with what seemed so familiar about the squirrel probably spoke volumes to the kind of weirdness Ritsuka was used to.
"What are you doing here?"
If he'd wanted to talk, he could easily have just messaged her or something, after all.
Stuff's going down in a bad way and you're just hanging out at home...
Didn't things end up bad for you the last time this happened?"
As if he trusts a phone during a time where there are ZEALOTS all over the app--if they can backdoor magically into Zodiac, he doesn't doubt they could see other phone conversations...
No, in person--or in squirrel shape--is best.
"Which brings me to my point.
Shouldn't you find somewhere better you should be hiding?"
Well, that was sure one way to get to the point. It was probably obvious from Ritsuka's grimace that she'd already been thinking something similar.
"I know that. And I mean--I know Yasuho would help again if I asked, but I don't think it's fair when that could put her in danger too, you know?" Because of course Ritsuka would be thinking of something like that even above her own safety. "It's just... Most people I know either don't really have the extra space, or else I'd just be putting them in danger, instead."
Would most of them help her without a second thought if she asked? Almost certainly. But Ritsuka had a hard time with asking when she knew it would just be adding to their burdens.
